What Is Vegan Leather?
Developed as an alternative to animal leather, vegan leathers are plant-based, next-generation, and sustainable materials. They are produced using organic ingredients such as olives, tree bark (lignin), tea, apples, and mushrooms. This cruelty-free production method is environmentally friendly.
Why We Should Choose Vegan Leather?
Purchasing and using vegan products is not only about animal welfare; it's also about consuming less natural resources and making an ethical and sustainable choice.

Vegan leather production is cruelty-free. Compared to its counterparts, it is a much more environmentally friendly and sustainable material in terms of carbon and water footprints. Animal leather is not sustainable due to the intensive chemical use and high water consumption involved in its production. Both animal leather and faux leather made with petroleum-based chemicals have a significantly higher carbon footprint than vegan leather.
Is Vegan Leather the Same as Faux Leather?
No. While faux leather is made entirely from petroleum-based materials, vegan leather is produced using bio-based materials. Compared to faux leather, vegan leather has significantly lower carbon (CO2) emissions and a reduced water footprint.
Is Vegan Leather Durable?
Yes. Vegan leather not only looks great, but it's also a highly durable material. It’s easy to clean and resistant to scratches. As long as care instructions are followed, it maintains its appearance and durability for many years.
What Type of Vegan Leather Is Used in Owlish Studio Products?
We use 100% vegan leather certified by PETA and V-Label in our products. This innovative, eco-friendly, and long-lasting material is transformed by skilled hands into products that will accompany you for years to come.
Is There a Shipping Fee?
No. We do not charge shipping fees for any of our products.
Is International Shipping Available?
Yes. We offer free shipping to Europe, America, Asia, Australia, and Africa.
Are International Orders Subject to Customs Fees?
Since customs regulations vary by country, we recommend reviewing the applicable tariffs and rules of your country before placing an order from outside of Türkiye.
How Long Does It Take to Ship Your Order?
We ship all products within 2 business days at the latest.
How Long Does It Take to Deliver Your Order?
Domestic orders within Türkiye are delivered within 1 to 5 business days after shipping, while international orders typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days. However, exceptional delays may occur due to shipping carriers.
How Can You Track Your Order?
We send detailed updates about every stage of your order to your email address. If you have an account on our website, you can also access this information through the My Account page, under the My Orders section.
How Can You Access Your Invoice?
We send your invoice to your email address in electronic format within 3 days. To avoid paper waste, we do not send physical invoices.
What Should You Do If You Want to Return Your Product?
At Owlish Studio, we work meticulously to ensure you're satisfied with our products and strive to provide detailed information to help you find the one that suits you best. With the environmental impact of returns in mind, we focus on designing products that will exceed your expectations. However, if things are not quite what you expected, we're here to make the return process as easy as possible.

You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. To initiate the return process and receive your free return shipping code for orders within Türkiye, you can send an email to [email protected], or if you are a registered user, you can use the Return Requests section in your account panel. To avoid any delays in the return process, we recommend checking that emails from [email protected] do not end up in your Spam or Junk folder.

For orders outside of Türkiye, while the return process is similar, the initial shipping and return shipping costs cannot be refunded. In case of a defected product, we will be happy to cover all shipping costs related to the return.

Before initiating the return process, we kindly ask you to consider the following points:
  • Make sure the product has not been used and that no wet or dry cleaning has been applied to it or its packaging
  • Pack the product together with its box, packaging, accessories, and any gifts given with it, ensuring that all items are complete and undamaged
  • Ensure that your packaging is secure enough to prevent any damage during transit
  • Ship the product within 10 days at the latest after submitting your return request
Once we receive the product you wish to return and confirm that it is complete and undamaged, we proceed with the process as quickly as possible. For more detailed information about returns, you can review our Distant Sales Agreement.
What Should You Do If You Want to Cancel or Change Your Product?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. To initiate the cancellation process, please send an email to [email protected]. You can also find detailed information about the Right of Withdrawal on our Distant Sales Agreement page.

For orders you wish to modify, you can first follow the cancellation process and then place a new order.
How Should You Maintain Your Product?
We design and produce each Owlish Studio product to be durable and long-lasting. To maintain the durability of your product, we recommend that you follow the instructions below:
  • Avoid contact with moisture or rain. If your product gets wet, promptly remove any excess liquid using a soft, dry cloth. Then, allow the product to dry at room temperature
  • Protect your product from excessive heat and direct sunlight
  • If your product gets stained, clean it with a soft, damp cloth. Do not rub the leather, as it may leave marks
  • Never wash your product in a washing machine or apply dry cleaning
  • Do not clean your product with organic solvents, alcohol, acetone, or any abrasive materials. Avoid contact with these substances
  • When not in use, store your product in its dust bag and avoid crushing it to prevent folding, wrinkling, or deformation
  • Avoid contact with printed materials such as newspapers and magazines. The ink in such materials may transfer to your product’s surface and cause permanent damage

If you'd like to add funds using your card, tap “Add Money via Card” and enter the amount you wish to load. You can then continue by selecting one of your saved cards or adding a new one. All transactions made with your card are instantly reflected in your balance 24/7.
